Zoomie Returns & Refund Policy
At Zoomie, we want you to love what you receive.
In addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we offer a 14-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases.
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from the product description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a short description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, Zoomie will cover all return shipping or arrange collection where appropriate.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused
- it is in original packaging
- tags and accessories are included
- it is in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- clearance or final sale items
- personalised products
- hygiene-sensitive items
- opened consumables
- gift cards
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
